j2310, hellooo summer :)

lazy days, beautiful nights, beachy hair & water fights ; hot guys, tanned skin ! schools out, summers in :)
; angel
can i get a woo woo for angel? amazing poet, i know :) k, i'll admit it, i'm pretty late to be showcasing this poem, since it's 3 weeks well into summer `1O, but can you blame me? summer's absolutely amazing. just refer to angel's poem aha.

3 weeks of summer gone already. ALREADY?! i know, it's sad. it just flew by, sort of like, how the school year of `O9 - `1O flew by. anyways, i'll briefly introduce you to my summer :)

summer, my readers.
my readers, summer.
now lets get to the deeds! ( creepy hand rub )

so as soon as the last school bell rang, indicating that school's officially over, the intermediates ran out of the gym ( last day of school award ceremony ; overall achievement Yvonne He hell yes! ). so there we were, everyone hovering on our school yard pavement crying and hugging everyone. i would like to point out that i did not cry, but i did get teary, which is a major step up. once we finished hugging and you know, camwhoring, half of us charged for the park while the other half drag themselves home wondering why they're not going for the park. at the park, it was absolutely crazy. you have people having water fights, people still crying and hugging, people carelessly chill with others as if it's not the last day of school, and people camwhoring like there's not tomorrow. yeah, i'm one of those people who were camwhoring :) i'll admit it haha.

after a serious huuuge camwhoring session and some teary goodbyes, a few girls and i went home to get changed and ready for wonderland, woohoo! yes, hitting wonderland on the last day of school, cliche, i know. HOW do you get that accent on "cliche" ?! anyways, we decided on wonderland to end the wonderful cough school year because we want to kick off our beloved summer `1O. and seriously, whats a better way to kick off a summer than to scream on top of our lungs on the behemoth? so off we went, and let me tell you, wonderland was amazing.

aside from hitting wonderland once in a while in my three weeks, i also went to kingston, ontario for a major shopping trip. woohoo for shopping :) i scored a gorg tshirt, and some ADORABLE thongs (LOL), while my mom bought an amazing adidas tracksuit, with matching wristbands. can you spell a w e s o m e ? we also went to the big apple and bought some deeelicious apple pies to take home. did i mention how amazing poutine tastes at the big apple?

after kingston, i actually went on a cruise to thousand islands. the dude / tour guide was giving his group of tourists facts and everything and i was eavesdropping LOL. so this is what i gathered : you can actually buy islands at thousand islands, it costs a jillion million, but back then, it used to cost $20. WTF, i know. my fam was saying how we would totally own like thousands of islands on thousand islands ( excuse my fam's dry humour lool ), if the islands still go for the price of $20. it would AMAZING to own an island, i mean, i could do whatever i want on it ;) no dirty thoughts please, and ignore my winking face.

alright, other than trips to different places, i of course go to the park regularly. shopping trips, man i'm going bankrupt this summer ): wonderland, did i mention how much i love my season pass?. sleepovers at cousin's, and even though all my cousins in canada are guys, they're still pretty damn amazing :) oh and yeah, i'm back to watching dramas fml, its like i'm so addicted, i want to watch 'em 24/7 and don't want to waste my bandwidth, but i just keep on watching. ugh ):

as you can see ( in this case, read ), my summer so far isn't very eventful ): hope that will change with the remaining weeks.

GOING TO SEE SALT on tuesday, anyone seen it yet? it came out today lool. looooved the trailer :)
very excited.

excuseee me if i made an grammar mistakes, i'm in a rush so i didn't proofread this this, so don't kill me <3

m0810, weekly mall crawl

so eey, i was at the mall today with my momma ;) and i realize how fast stores catch up with trends and such, even department stores that doesn't necessarily follow fashion rules, i mean, who sells ankle boots anymore?

the latest trend i noticed ( thanks to facebook ), is high waisted skirts. i started seeing one person selling them for like, i don't know, 10 bucks? brand name too, can't beat that. then the next day, the facebook black market is flooded with high waisted skirts, not for 10 bucks, but near 20 to 30 dollars. and all of sudden, every single damn store in the mall carries these high waisted skirts, for a ridiculous price like $40. even in department stores that still sells ankle boots and funky pants, like walmart sells these skirts for a fair price from $15 to $20. i'm not trying to scare anyone, but heey, canadian's fashion trends go up and down like the Behemoth

speaking of the behemoth, did anyone actually go to wonderland ever since it opened on may 2? i'm been nagging myself to go but never really had the chance. i didn't even buy a season pass yet, shame shame.

yvonne :)

may 06, awkward turtle

you got friends, and your friends got friends, which you don't necessarily know. this, can lead to possible horrifying scenes that can be compared to an atomic bomb. k, maybe not can atomic bomb, but you get the idea. here's a possible scenario ; you and your friends are having a blast and the time of your life by talking about your seriously-not-pathetic make believe scenes of you and your sex partner. all of a sudden, out of nowhere, like an atomic bomb fart, see? it is like an atomic bomb, your friend's friend comes over to you and your friend. they start chattering and what do you do?
a . stand there awkwardly while they talk about the night where they both got drunk
b . try to jump into their conversation, but it's not exactly easy to do, as you weren't there with them when they got drunk
c . walk away, thinking about the night they got drunk and how you weren't there

you know what i do? instead of trying to jump into their conversation, i interrupt them ( ask Kanye for lessons ) and turn all the attention to me. make sure when you interrupt them, don't say something stupid and lame, like " i just borrowed a new book ", this, will cause a hand in the face. instead, i say " EYY I JUST GOT LAID ", and just like that, all the heads will turn to you, somewhat like toads buried in the mud and sticking their heads out. once you got their attention, give your friend's friend a blank stare, with a smug smile and this will automatically give them the subtle hint that you have something to tell your friend and you're not comfortable with them around, since they weren't there when you got laid. ha, i wasn't there when you guys got drunk? well, back at cha.

if you're actually stupid, you should realize that the above paragraph was a cupcake covered with sarcasm frosting. i'm sorry for the lame connection, but eyy you get the point ;) yes i was joking around, so don't kill me.

a2110, bbq til we drop.

today was a bit depressing as it rained and rained after school. so there i was walking home alone with a pink umbrella and i passed by so many people without saying hi. so omfg, now i regret being mean LOL. so as you can see, i'm not really the kind of person that is super bully-ish, negative, or mean or anything. i was simply in a bad mood. but hey, i tried to act happy, but my friends always to seem to know that i wasn't YVONNE anymore.

YVONNE DICTIONARY

yvonne - adjective. hyper, loud, random, freaky, jump &jolly

so anyways, i'm off to a barbecue, and i'm off to fat land, the land where it takes a million gym visits to kill all those calories. but hey, i can never resist. the thick sauce that runs down the chicken wings and the thin smoke that brings a ******** good aroma to your nose. i just ♥ barbecues. yeeah, barbecues and i are like tiiight, except every barbecue edges me closer to death o:
haha, no intention to scare anyone.

a2010, eraser tees and i

i recently started entering contests, after reading others' success stories online. i mean, hey, it's a luck game, no? and i do seem pretty lucky, right? um, wrong. see, i've been entering contests since last month, but it seemed that luck hated me, and after a loooong dry spell, i hated luck.

but soon afterwards, luck loves me, like mice loves rice. k, ignore that LOL. i entered this eraser tees contest like a month ago. what is an eraser tee? it's this uber cool company, that sells uber cool tshirts, with a spot on the shirt where you can write on, with dry erase markers! and yes you can erase what you wrote and write on it over and over again! what makes it fun, is that different tshirts have different designs on them ( I♥______, Beware of_______, hangman, etc ).

so yeah of course i entered the conest, thinking what have i got to lose? the contest is actually a blog contest ( yay for blogs! ) and what we, readers have to do to enter the contest is to pick a tshirt and fill in the most creative, funny, meaningful caption for it. i went for it, even though i knew i wasn't going to win. well, what have i got to lose? nothing. in fact, i actually won something!

my excitement began when i received this email from Eraser Tees.

Hello Ladies,

october31/O9, oh shut up. welcome back.

okay fine, i ditched you guys. but can you blame me? it was a mixture of blogging spirit dying and business, all in one. school started a month back, remember? i was drowning in the sorrow of homework and projects. countless nights of staying up late because of procrastination. this is stupid. my fault. so many things to do. i mean, i'm just so involved. see look, all the things extra- curricular :
#eco team » workshops, meeting every week
#healthy school team » workshops, meetings
#leadership council » staying afterschool to help
#senior girls volleyball team » practice afterschool from monday to thrusday. at least 2 games / tournaments every week
#helper / scorekeeper for senoir boys volleyball team » practices everyday, scorekeeping and selling snacks whenever they have a game / tournament

eh > <

and yesterday was the halloween dance. we all had to pay 1$ to get in. the funny thing was, as soon as you're in, you're greeted by darkness ( they turned off all the lights ) and extremely loud music. then, as your eyes gets used to the darkness and you're starting to see, you'll notice that there's a big group of students dancing in one half of the gym, and another big group of students just stadning around and talking. then, one the far side of the gym, you'll see a row of students doing their homework. i know, doing their homework. it's like, you jsut paid 1$ to get into a loud, dark, sweaty gym to do your homework. it wans't like our principal made you come, if you didn't want to go to the dance, you could go to this room and have free time. but like, woah.

okay, i have to go now. my friend and i are going to go halloween shopping ( ish ) to get ready for trick or treating tonight.
